I found two keys

this morning I found a key while standing in the middle of a loose ring of queen anne's lace, the key was this thought: the way forward is to be whole; to pause partitioning myself; to see my work as all connected, under the umbrella of me; to hold them together, like folded leaves of a book, not separated from each other in folders; to make one big me; to let the ands do the work of bringing together, not only differentiating; to see all the little flowers as one big flower with a curious little center; to weave together with words and guts the art, the tech, the tangible, the digital;

last night I found a key while watching Practical Magic, the key was this thought: our connection is our magic; to feel, to sense, to know it in your bones that someone is in need and then to give, hold space, hold hands to provide; to overlap our tools and summon the courage to do something powerful together; to witness, accept, and celebrate our differences; to be bonded by caring for one another at any distance; to feel called to one another across the distance and follow that call to love;
